Cancellation and Refund Policy

We require a minimum of 4 adults for a tour to go ahead. When you make a booking, can you please tell us the dates you are available so if we don't meet minimum numbers we can organise a time that suits you for a tour to go ahead.

In order to confirm a booking we will need credit card details and a contact phone number, either a mobile phone or accommodation phone before the date of travel.

If you can't make your tour due to covid restrictions or your tour is cancelled due to covid restrictions you will receive a credit for a future tour or a 100% refund

Your credit card will be charged at the time your booking is made, and If you have a need to cancel your tour 48 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund

If you cancel the tour within 48 hours you will be charged half the tour amount.

If you cancel the tour within 24 hours you will be charged the full tour amount.

There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you miss the tour departure time, or if you just decide not to show up.

If the tour is cancelled by Kangaroo Island Marine Adventures (for example: due to unsafe or un-enjoyable weather) you will receive a full refund.

Tour departure location or time may change due to weather conditions. We make every effort to contact you in advance to advise of any changes. Please call us the day before your tour departure to confirm departure location and time. Please also help us by supplying us with alternate contact methods, just in case.
